While traditional techniques are preserved, we’re using fully automatic machinery, that contribute to a much efficient and accurate restoration of the rug’s most original and vibrant colors. Each valuable piece that enters the facility, has to go through several steps before even going into the cleaning process. It is inspected, checked for color impairments, repair necessities and stain-proofed.
The cleaning process itself is also divided into different procedures: dust removal, cleaning and washing (using either water or steam depending on the rug quality), dehumidifying, brushing, and eventually resting the rug. This process ensure the most extensive and effective elimination of dust, dirt and of course odors.
